Things You'll Need:
- 8 cupcake liners
- 2 cups pineapple cream cheese frosting
- 8 cupcake shaped pieces of seedless watermelon
- Sprinkles for garnish
-
Step 1
Place the liners in an 8-cup cup cake tin. This will save washing the tins. It also will help hold the cup cake to make it easier to eat.
-
Step 2
Cut 3-inch thick slices of seedless watermelon. You can cut them thinner if you prefer. This is only a suggested slice, three (one inch slices) will do just as well.
-
Step 3
Cut round cup cake sized pieces from each of the slices. Use a knife or a thin edged cup to cut them round.
-
Step 4
Put a watermelon ‘cup cake' in each liner. Add a dollop of frosting on each cup cake. Decorate as desired with sprinkles. Decorate as desired with sprinkles. Serves 8.
