  • SHOPPING LIST
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE
  1. Step 1

    BREAKFAST: HAVE OATMEAL SOME FRUIT OR JUICE.

  2. Step 2

    LUNCH: TUNA OR CHICKEN SALAD ON WHEAT WITH LETTUCE AND TOMATO, MAYBE A PICKLE, SOME FRUIT, SOME HEALTHY CHIPS. MAYBE A COOKIE.

  3. Step 3

    LEAN MEAT , VEGETABLES OR SALAD , POTATOE, ONE CHOCOLATE MINT.

  • STAY TO A HEALTHY DIET THAT IS BALANCED
  • EAT PROPER PROPORTIONS
  • DRINK WATER
  • CONTROL SWEET EATING URGES
  • MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT
  • CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF CHANGING DIET OR EXERCISE PLAN
