Easy recipe on how to make an anti-oxidant vegetable mix.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Half a pint of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 small yellow squash or zucchinis
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 1 poblano pepper
  1. Step 1

    Cut up squash, pepper and garlic.

  2. Step 2

    Soak 2 bags of green tea in a cup of hot water for 2 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Combine all ingredients in a frying pan. Add salt, black pepper and dried basil. Cook until tender.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you are sensitive to green tea, substitute water or vegetable stock instead.
