Things You'll Need

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 & 1/3 cup of water
  • 3/4 cup of uncooked white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions

    • 1

      Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, pepper, and vegetables in a baking dish. Mix until blended well.

      Top with uncooked chicken breasts. Season with pepper and other extra seasonings you desire.

      Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar just before you remove the dish from the oven, allow cheese to melt. Remove from oven. Serve.
