Have your children ever had a onesie shirt that they loved but it was to difficult to use when they were potty training? This simple solution will make it possible to turn all your children's onesies into T-shirts on your own.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cutting mat with cutting grid on it
  • Rotary cutter or scissors
  • Sewing machine
  1. Step 1

Take the onesie that you are interested in turning into a T-shirt and lay it on the cutting mat. Line up the bottom of the onesie on the cutting grid.

  2. Step 2

Cut right above the leg line of the onesie to make it look more like a T-shirt. Find the straight line at about that point and, using a rotary cutter, slice the bottom of the onesie off.

  3. Step 3

Use a sewing machine to quickly hem up the bottom of the shirt so that it looks nice. If you are unfamiliar with how to use a sewing machine there is a link below to a eHow article that will teach you. Just like that, you have a much easier garment to potty train your child with.
