Infidelity is at an all-time high, people are cheating more and more, and in turn many relationships end up on the gallows in tatters. 1. Take notice of their behavior around you. Do they act differently? Are they constantly changing the subject when you bring up your relationship? Are they frequently gone for long hours at a time with a poor excuse?
2. Try to find out why you are fighting and what they are angry about. Have you done something that you do not even know about? Perhaps there are little things that you do which they find irritating? You don’t know and you can’t fix it until you ask them.
3. Mediate and see if there is a way to compromise or find a resolution. Perhaps these issues, if any, have a fair resolution. You owe it to yourself and your relationship to try everything in your power to find a compromise or resolution before ending it all.
4. Confront them about the situation and end the conflict. If you are certain that nothing can be done to save your relationship, confront your significant other as a last-ditch effort. You may be able to actually work out the problems, or you may find that they are cheating on you, or you both just might agree to disagree and call it quits. Most often people will find a way to reconcile and save their relationship. Don’t let it build inside of you. Instead, confront, find out the facts and go from there.
