I will show you how easy it is to use one application called pidgin to access and use all your online chats within one application. The best part is that it's free!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • download Pidgin program

Step1
Download the program at this website:
http://pidgin.im/download/
select windows if your os is windows, save the install file on your desktop and double click it to begin the installation.
Step2
How do I set up AIM, MSN, Yahoo!, Google Talk/Jabber/XMPP, ICQ, or any other protocol? Easy, follow the steps below.

Use the Account Editor (Accounts->Add/Edit) to add the account of the appropriate messaging service. Use the checkbox in the account editor to enable the current account.

For Google Talk, fill in the Domain field with the domain of your Google Mail e-mail address. For most users this will be gmail.com or googlemail.com, but Google Apps for Your Domain users will use their domain instead.
For MSN, Yahoo and others you will your username and password for each account and hit save info.
Step3
Launch the program and see if all your account connect, if you have problems connecting maybe you will have to check firewall settings and allow an exception for this program to access the internet.
