Instructions

      Preheat oven to 450 F.

      Combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, a pinch of salt and 6 eggs together and blend with an electric blender for one to two minutes until smooth.

      Cut a cube of butter into the 9-by-13-inch pan and place it in the oven just until the butter melts.

      Pour the batter into pan on top of melted butter and bake at 450 F for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Tips & Warnings
