How to Make Chocolate Cake in the Crock Pot

You can get the taste of chocolate cake without the shape when you make one in a crock pot. The cake won't come out like a typical chocolate cake since it must be spooned out of the pot. The cake is sticky and moist from the pudding and sour cream in the recipe. If you are short on time, cook the cake on high for 3 to 4 hours. However, this will increase the chances of burning the cake.

Things You'll Need

• 1 package chocolate cake mix
• 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• Large bowl

Instructions

1. Lightly grease the crock pot, and preheat it on low.

2. Combine the ingredients and 1 cup of water in a large bowl.

3. Pour the mix into the pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until cake starts to pull away from the sides of the pot.
