The weather's getting warmer and more extreme. A change in the weather means a change in fashions and here's how to keep up.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Climate change has already forced many fashionistas and designers to move towards a more seasonless way of looking at fashion. Outside of winter coats and sundresses, there's less of a need for seasonal clothes. Consider replacing them with more versatile attire.

  2. Step 2

In addition to a graying distinction between seasons, more extreme weather events are happening, so it's a good idea to keep your closet stocked with gear for just about any catastrophe from galoshes for flooding to extreme winter weather gear.

  3. Step 3

In the interest of actually reversing climate change, consider shelling out a little more for clothes produced either locally or using eco-friendly methods or preferably both.

  4. Step 4

Don't pack away that swimming suit on Labor Day and be sure to stay stocked up on sunscreen.
