Step1
Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you are really happy with the way you look.
Step2
Think about your health problems. Are you so overweight that you cannot see your feet. Many of the diseases that you have are preventable if you only take time to realize that the foods that you are eating are not really food.
Step3
Weigh Yourself. You will appreciate your weight much more when you know where you come from.
Step4
Look for these addictive chemicals in foods. Partial Hydrogenation, Monosodium Glutamate, high fructose corn syrup, and any chemical that you cannot pronounce. Food comes from the earth not from factories. So anything else that you place in your system is not food it is fat in plastic, that will attach itself to your stomach. Also food companies usually place these ingredients in the food so that you become addicted. Don't believe me! Look at the back of a pack of your favorite chips and tell me have you just wanted them just because, and your not even hungry. I can almost promise that it contains one of those ingredients.
Step5
Get rid of Soda. Soda is sugar in a can that addicts your taste buds. Your face will even look prettier.
Step6
Exercise. We don't realize that most people in other countries walk and average of 4-10 miles a day, when we as Americans spend hours complaining about the walking that our bodies were designed to do. You don't have to be in the gym forever you could do 30 min of walking a day.
Step7
Loose Weight. If you follow these simple steps you will ultimately have no choice but to loose the weight that you thought would never go away.

  • Listen to your favorite music while walking.
  • Tell everyone; when you do that you feel obligated to live up to that goal.
  • Make yourself a promise.
  • Just do it; why spend the rest of your life saying you will when you could today.
