most people strive for that celebratie body but they arn't to safe being skin and bone most young women will go on those fad diets where they don't eat or eat bairly anything but as parents look at there children thinking why are they doing this and just watch them walk around with no energy because they don't want to controll there life but there is a time when parents need to step in even if your child is completly resenting it but there are some safe ways to diet that are easy to fallow with a little effort this can be one of the easiest thing you'v ever done

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • water
  • fruits
  • vegetables
  • gym
  • healthy food
  • WILL POWER

Step1
eat lots of fruits and vegetables at leat 6-7 seven servings a day
Step2
exersise i mean all docter tell us to do it but with our heaktic lifestyles it can be hard so instead of going to the bar on friday night ask a friend to come withyou to the gym for two or three hours and there but it always helps to do atleat 30 min. of phisical activity a day take the dog for a walk or work out during your favorit show
Step3
drink water atleast 6-7 glasses a day
Step4
will power you need it so if your at a holiday party and your offered pie just say no thankyou and think about how much better and healthier you are for not having it

Tips & Warnings

  • you can have sweets maybe once every two weeks but remember you need to go back to reality after that
  • don't do it alone ask someone to do it with you then you know there making the same sacrifises as you
  • set a goal don't keep going because your loosing weight eventually you'll be happy i'd say it's safe to lose about 30-50 pound in a year but it depends
  • keep it off one you reach your goal keep exercising and eating helthier food
  • you feel a lot more energized
