3. ask what kind of tampon they want aplicator no aplicator plastic or cardbord aplicator
4. once they have made all of thease choices go to the drug store and pick out the tampon that best fits what they want

• look for a slim fit tampon playtex makes one with a plastic aplicator
• plastic aplicators are alot easier cardboad can rip the vagina
• alternate tampon use with pads
• never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours to aviod toxic shock syndrome
• tampon should NEVER be used for discharge
