You made up a big delicious pot of chili, but want to make it more interesting the secondtime around. Here are some ideas of how to use that left over chili and avoid reruns!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Chili
  • Mac'n'Cheese
  • Cheese
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Muffin Cups
  • Hot Dog
  • French Fries or
  • Baked Potato

Step1
Mix up a box of Mac'n'Cheese according to package directions. Then mix in some of your left over chili and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle the top with some shredded cheese and bake at 350' F for 20-30 minutes.
Step2
Make some hearty, yummmy nachos! Put a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Spoon chili over the chips, then top with your choice of shredded cheese and other toppings if desired. Bake in oven at 450'F just until cheese is melted...only a few minutes.
Step3
Save your chili. Freeze small portions of chili in muffin cups. Later, you can have an easy meal by defrosting and heating one of the chili cups in the microwave and serving over a hot dog, plate of french fries or over a baked potato.
