How to Find a missing person

Are you searching for a special someone in your lives but never found them? Did you use all the possible ways to look for a missing love ones?But come out nothing. There are many ways to find a missing person but what if this person do not have any information that exist anywhere online or off line? You can hire a private investigator but they are not sure to find your relatives. It cost you money but find nothing. So what will you do? In my case, I have been looking for my mom who believed to be dead already but nobody can confirm that. So I went to get papers for my personal needs and then official said that I will be considered an orphan because I do not have a living parents who take good care of me when I was born. But ,do you really considered someone dead even if you cannot prove it? My mother has been missing for a very long time and we did not hear anything from her since. Oh I remember when I was young that my grandmother received a letter from her but since nobody understand her language at that time, we did not really get what her message about. And when my grandmother died I was starting to look for my mom and then I got a chance to find her online but find nothing. Someone help me to find her and paid for the online search but found nothing. I would be very happy if I have a chance to find her.
