Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer with CD burner
  • Other CD's
  • Permanent marker
  1. Step 1

Decide whom you are creating the mixed CD for. This will be the main factor in choosing songs to burn onto it.

  2. Step 2

Create a list of this person's favorite songs or songs you know they would enjoy.

  3. Step 3

Acquire these songs either from your CD collection, or by legally downloading them from the Internet.

  4. Step 4

Play them a few times in the order you want to burn them on the CD. Make sure they transition well from song to song.

  5. Step 5

Open up your CD burning software on your computer. First record all the songs onto your computer.

  6. Step 6

Following the instructions of your program, burn them onto the CD.

  7. Step 7

Finalize the burned CD. If you do not finalize, your CD will only play on your computer.

  8. Step 8

Create a special name for the CD and use the permanent marker to decoratively write it on the front. If you have label-making software, you could design a personal label that would give it a more special touch.

  9. Step 9

Give it to your greatest friend.
