Mimosas are the perfect brunch cocktail. However, while the traditional recipe calls for orange juice, why not spice it up with an unusual flavor like apricot? They're sure to be a hit!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Champagne flutes
  • Bottle champagne
  • Bottle/carton pure apricot nectar
  • Mint for garnish
  • Stirrer or long spoon
  1. Step 1

    Pour chilled champagne to the halfway mark in your champagne flutes.

  2. Step 2

    Fill the rest of your class with the chilled, pure apricot nectar.

  3. Step 3

    Stir.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve!
