Step 1
First of all you should own a presentable car.

you should have a daily route with provide reasonable distance for advertisement.

put your own add for "advertisement opportunity"(so people those who wants to advertise there product will see a advertisements opportunity) on your car where you want your add to be published.

Step 4
make a contract in KM for each campaign. E.g 0.50 cent for one km or 0.10 for per km, It depends on your contract.
