Need a natural snoring remedy so you (or your unlucky spouse!) can sleep easier at night? A good night's sleep is crucial for everyone, so don't let snoring get in the way. Try these tips in turn to find a one that works for you.
Prop up the head of your bed by 2-4 inches. This is fairly simple; it's accomplished by blocks of wood placed under the bed legs. With the bed elevated, your airway is positioned more appropriately.
Step2
Clear congestion. Take a hot steam shower before bed and apply a mentholated balm, such as vapor rub, to the throat and chest.
Step3
Clean Bedroom
Remove allergens from the sleeping area. Eliminate pet hair, dust and feather pillows from the bedroom. Consider buying organic bedding and organic sheets to create a better sleep environment. This may be the only natural snoring remedy you need.
Step4
Avoid alcohol and sedatives such as sleeping pills, or anything that causes drowsiness, in the hours before bedtime.
Step5
Try a homeopathic cure, such as Ysnore nasal spray, or other products, such as SnoreEnz Snoring relief spray. (See resources, below, for direct links.)
Step6
Put on a mentholated nasal strip before bed time as a natural snoring remedy.
Tips & Warnings
Try to sleep on your stomach instead of your back. Make it uncomfortable to sleep on your back by sewing a golf ball into a t-shirt pocket and wearing the T-shirt backwards to bed.

Thanks for the tips. We will have to try them. I have to turn a fan on at night to have some background noise, as my partner’s snoring is so distracting.
