Some of us don’t perspire. Or glisten. We sweat. Here is a simple tip that we think you will find useful: It is actually more beneficial to apply antiperspirant at night. If you want, you can use it twice a day - but using it before bed is the key. You do not produce as much sweat at night because our bodies are naturally cooler when we are sleeping. By applying antiperspirant at bedtime, the product will have time to set into the pores, and work effectively the following day. Give it a try!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • antiperspirant

Step1
before bed, apply your antiperspirant
Step2
go to sleep
Step3
when you wake up... you can apply more antiperspirant if you would like... but it may not be necessary

Tips & Warnings

  • In the pharmacy, you can buy deodorant or antiperspirant. If you are sweating too much, and staining your clothing - you need an antiperspirant.
  • If this simple trick does not help you, there are many more treatment options available! Be sure to ask your doctor.
  • If you develop any irritation, redness, or swelling you should speak to your doctor.
