Bread pudding is the epitome of comfort food and this one is infused with bright citrus flavors.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 9-inch-by-9-inch baking pan, buttered
  • 6 cups French, challah or brioche bread cubes
  • 3/4 cup dark or light raisins
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For orange sauce: 1 cup orange juice; 1/2 cup sugar; 1 tablespoon cornstarch
