Nothing is more irritating than having to deal with a red, sore rash on your baby's chin and neck caused by excess saliva. Here's how to cure and prevent saliva rashes.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Eucerin Cream (not the lotion)
Step1
Rinse the affected area with warm water.
Step2
Dry the area with a gentle towel by dabbing.
Step3
Apply a generous coating of Eucerin Cream (a cream that is intended for dry skin, quite thick and comes in a white jar). Do not use a simple lotion because it is too thin. You need the cream to heal and protect the affected area.
Step4
Repeat step 3 each and every day morning and before bedtime until rash disappears.
Step5
After rash is gone, apply thin coating each morning to prevent rash from re-emerging.
