Plastic Surgery can result in skin damage, numbness, heart failure, dimples etc. There's no doubt that every surgery leaves a scar or other skin conditions. I, like most people, relatively think there's no point in surgery, as my experience of seeing before and after results.... Let's just say you never will be sastified with them. (The after results I mean) Follow my steps on how to look beautiful no matter what.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • SPF 15 or over Skin Foundation
  • SPF 15 or over Mousturiser
  • Make-up
  • Face Mask
  • Hair Mask

Step1
Have a daily regime of using SPF 15 or over skin foundation and mousturiser every morning and night.
Step2
Put make-up on and make sure it co-ordinates with your clothes. For example, if you have black clothes on put black make-up on. However, you may feel uncomfortable wearing black make-up, so try smoky or brown make-up. Anything that goes and looks well with black (or the colour you've chosen)
Step3
Treat yourself to a little TLC by finding the time to relax in the bath while using a deep cleansing face and hair mask. This will help purify your skin's natural balance and remove any dirt lurking on your skin. The hair mask will make your hair shine and make it look luscious. Need I say anymore?

Tips & Warnings

  • Try to make your own mask, it can prevent nasty chemicals ruining your beautiful face and hair and ensure your face and hair is healthy.
  • Drink plenty of water, eat fruit and visit the gym quite often. (Can't afford to go to the gym? A little walk around the street or running up and down the stairs will do.)
  • Make sure you check the face and hair mask packs to see if there are any ingredients in it you're allergic to.
  • Don't forget to get essential beauty sleep (Remember the eye mask, 'Do not disturb' sign and ear plugs!)
  • Don't go over the top with the mask. Using a mask daily or frequently can result in your face swelling up, forming slight wrinkles and lines, rising the risk of spots etc.
