The last time it happened you probably said that you would never drink that much again. In fact you probably say that every time. Luckily for you there are a few things that you can do to at least lessen the effects.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • water,gatorade,juice,asprin

Step1
drinks Never drink on an empty stomach. The food will coat your stomach and slow the absorption of the alcohol.
Step2
drink Don't guzzle, instead sip on your drink. Which will give your body time to process the alcohol.
Step3
glass of water Between drinks have at least one nonalcoholic beverage, water is best.
Step4
cigarettes Lay off the cigarettes, I know that for many people the two go together but smoking keeps your brain from getting enough oxygen
Step5
asprin Try taking an aspirin or ibuprofen before hand, but remember to never take Tylenol or it's generic version. As this will put stress on your liver.

Tips & Warnings

  • But if it's too late and you already have a hangover, there are a few things that may help. 1. Drink Lot's of water and Gatorade to lessen the dehydration effects. 2. Eat something bland such as a poached egg with toast. 3. Take aspirin or ibuprofen. 4. Consume something that contains sugar, such as fruit juice 5. Remember to drink in moderation next time.
  • Never take Tylenol after drinking, this will only stress your liver.
  • Always drink in moderation.
  • Never drink and drive, if you've had too much to drink then don't get behind the wheel of a car.
