Roast pig is popular main dish in Christmas celebration back home. We always roast a pig for big and special holidays. For superstitious belief, we killed pig is someone dies to see the cause of this person's death. Quack doctors said that whatever the changes or defects found in a healthy pig after killing it is the cause of this person's death. Some uses chicken to figure out the causes of death. Like when, my grandmother died ,an old man try to kill a checks right after her death to see the defects of the check' s parts inside. And he said that the check has a bruise or black heart inside means my grandmother died of heart disease or something related to heart.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Kill the pig first in your own means of doing it.
Step2
Get a large skewers to hold the pig on top of the flame or fire.
Step3
Roast the pig slowly to taste it good. Put spices under the pig's body.
When the skin is cracking up means it is ready to eat. It will looks real brown and smoked when the pig is already cook.
Like a grill but it is a lot bigger. Like making a barbecue stick.
Step4
Of course assuming that you already clean up the whole pig itself like boiling water and taking off the hairs.
Step5
Start your fire in your pit and slowly roast the pig. Take out the cavity or any inside thing in your pit though before roasting. It's like a barbecue.
