How to Fight Against Malaria

Step1
Reduce malaria transmission through a mixture of both preventive and curative measures.
Step2
Every children under five years should access treatment of malaria with in 24 hours on recognition of malaria symptoms.
Step3
Community members at every village must be trained to treat malaria episodes mainly in children below five years using recommended first line medicines.
Step4
Construct enough health centers at least in every parish and make sure that are well equipped in order to increase access on medicine and other health services.
Step5
Change the malaria treatment policy because chloroquine is no longer effective against malaria.
Step6
Spray your house using recommended drugs in order to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes.
Step7
Encourage people to use mosquito nets and coils mainly during rainy seasons.
