Tie long ends of twine to stockpot handle and drop sachet into pot. Tying the twine to the handle makes it easy to fish out the sachet when you are ready to strain the stock.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the twine tied around the pot handle doesn't have a long tail, otherwise it will catch on fire. Keep the ends short and close to the handle.
