How to Print a Draft Without Graphics in Publisher

Microsoft Publisher allows you to create your own, quality publications. But sometimes, when you are working on an uncompleted draft, you need to do a lot of printing for editing and previewing purposes. • Microsoft Publisher
• Printer

1. Begin by opening the Publisher publication you are working on.
2. Click “File” from the standard toolbar.
3. Click “Print” from the “File” menu.
4. Click the “Advanced Print Settings” button.
5. Click the “Graphics and Fonts” tab, and then click “Do Not Print Any Graphics.”
6. Click “OK,” and then click “OK” again to print your publication.

Tips & Warnings

• To go back to printing with graphics, you'll need to clear the "Do Not Print Any Graphics" option.
