Big eaters has a choice how to lose weight and still a lot as you usually do. If you cannot stop your appetite to eat as much as four serves in one meal then do not worry about losing your weight because there is a solution for that. When you have a heavy meal everyday do not forget to add a leaf clover soup to your meal. You can eat anything and as much as you can afford but you need to help your organ system to digest the foods easily by eating leaf clover soup with it. Eat any green leafy vegetables every heavy meal you have everyday and you can relax about your weight because it will not increase in fact it will reduce easily. My favorite is cooking leaf clover with fresh fish and sea shells makes your belly empty for just a couple of hours. It does not matter about your medical problems, eating leafy vegetables is the safest way to lose weight and it is guaranteed. At one time in my life I only eat leaf clover and I cook a bunch of leaves from clover with sea salt and mono sodium glutamate, I survive for several days. Stay away from can foods ,try to eat fresh cook vegetables.
