Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups corned beef
  • 6 beets
  • 8 new potatoes
  • Dash kosher salt
  • Dash freshly ground pepper
  • Water
  • Butter
  1. Step 1

    In separate pots boil the beets, potatoes and corned beef, then drain them through a sieve.

  2. Step 2

    Grind the pepper, melt ½ cup of butter and chop the beets, potatoes and corned beef roughly.

  3. Step 3

    Mix all these ingredients together in a bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Smear the sides and bottom of a baking dish with butter and spoon the mixture in.

  5. Step 5

    Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
