How to Make Spanish Potatoes

"I've never been to Spain"...but I kinda like the spuds.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups new potatoes
  • 1 cup ham
  • 1 tbsp. Vidalia onion
  • 2 tbsp. bell pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. pimiento
  • 4 tbsp. cooking oil
  1. Step 1

    Boil the ham and potatoes separately. Dice the potatoes. Mince the onions, and chop the bell pepper, pimiento and ham.

  2. Step 2

    Heat up the oil in a saucepan and sauté the pimiento, bell pepper and onion until the onion is caramelized.

  3. Step 3

    Add the potatoes, ham, salt and paprika to the saucepan and cook until the potatoes are browned.
