Keeping your self fit is the best way to protect your body healthy and here is how:

  1. Step 1

    Avoid playing too much sex daily because it is tiresome

  2. Step 2

    Attend daily training mainly if you're a foot baller,athlet, or boxer

  3. Step 3

    Practice or try every exercise provided by your coach so that you remain fit

  4. Step 4

    Practice road work and make sure that you sweat in order to open your muscles and make your blood move.

  5. Step 5

    Ride your bicycle every morning or evening because it's part of your traning that can help you to keep your self fit

  6. Step 6

    Open your muscles by stretching daily and if possible, try gymnastic to make your body strong and graceful
