How to Get Slim in 2008

Wannabe be slim in 2008? Being slim becomes a new trends. Exercise and eating proper diets are the common advice you've heard. How about be unique and try something else? Like walking to get to your job and to get your groceries. You can walk as far as five miles a day and that will surely help you get loss some excess meat and fat in your body. Avoid too much staying in the house and watch television. Stay more outdoors and do a lot of hiking up the hills and down the road. Forget about your diet thing and exercise if these will ruin your emotion. Only do the things you love to do. Dancing is helpful too, and with jumping moves and hopping these will give you enough exercise for the day.

Step1
Try walking to get to your job and to get your groceries everyday.

Dancing and singing will give you enough exercise for the whole day.

Be active instead of watching television at home.

on 4/17/2008 I considered exercise anything you do that will move your body.In singing, you will have to try hard to make your song sounds good so for just trying,you already have an effort to make you sweat.When you sing,you moved!But if you sing just like a burning candles then it might not be helpful at all.
