Jello wrestling is fun!
Jello wrestling is fun!

Jello wrestling is fun, entertaining, and it's a workout! All you need is lots of jello and a large wading pool. This is a great fundraiser for schools or entertainment at parties! So get out there and JELLO WRESTLE!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • JELLO
  • A large wading pool
  • Lots of towels
  • Old clothes or swimsuits
  1. Step 1

First prepare the jello. Dump some into a pool (usually two or three plastic garbage cans are good for the first 20 minutes or so, remember not to use it all at once because JELLO does melt). Don't do this on cement, as it melts the Jello faster and really hurts when you fall.

  2. Step 2

Establish rules so everyone knows when the round is over- will it be based on how many times a person falls, how many times a person is pinned, or will there be a time limit?

  3. Step 3

Have two to four participants getinto the pool and stand at opposite ends (or in the four corners). Blow a whistle and let the jello fly! Participants should NOT just throw the JELLO, they should try to physically bring the others down (which isn't difficult at all, but it is difficult to do without being brought down, too).

Tips & Warnings
  • Always choose social and daring people to go first. They will help loosen the tension and get the party started.
  • Watch where you place the pool, JELLO is slipper and people will fall out of the pool- make sure there are no hard or sharp objects. Spotters are a good idea when possible.
  • Keep LOTS of towels on hand
  • Have another wading pool or hose near by so the wrestlers can wash off.
