There's a lot of information available to tell us how to live longer. There are so many debilitating diseases that could end our lives sooner than expected. Many of the diseases can be prevented by small changes in our lifestyles, yet most people don't want to make any changes. "If I can't eat and drink what I want and do what I please, what's the point in living? I'd rather die," they say. What they aren't thinking about is the possibility of suffering from the effects of a debilitating disease for a long time before they die. Lifestyle changes would be much less painful. But if you are determined to put yourself at risk, I'll tell you the easiest ways to get these diseases.

Step1
The best way to get a disease you're sure to suffer from is to start smoking. Cigarettes are highly addictive and can cause lung cancer, emphysema, and stroke.
Step2
Don't get any exercise. The more you move, the longer you'll live. Lack of exercise can lead to obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease and may cause depression.
Step3
Eat processed food that is high in fat and cholesterol. Fast food and pre-packaged food are very good sources of food high in sodium and bad fat that can damage your heart and cause high blood pressure.
Step4
Have unsafe sex. An unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases can shorten your life and make your final years miserable.
Step5
Drink heavily to raise your blood pressure, get liver disease, or cause your heart to weaken so it can't pump blood.
Step6
Don't use sunscreen. It won't just prematurely age your skin; it can cause sun damage and skin cancer.
Step7
Don't floss. Bacterial infection can grow into gum disease, cavities, and can eat away the bone that keeps your teeth in place.
Step8
Over medicate yourself. This will increase your risk of side effects from an interaction between your prescriptions and over the counter medicine or food. This can lead to intestinal pain, dizziness and nausea. If you overuse antibiotics, you can help create bacteria that resists drugs.
Step9
Skip your doctor visits, physicals, and health screenings. The longer you wait to find a disease, the harder it is to treat.
