Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Several food groups will help you out in this way but it may be breaking some diet rules. With moderation and a little extra energy any cheating you do to get rid of the fuzzy head will soon be rectified with an extra walk. The cure revolves around fat, sugar, carbs, caffeine, organ meat, eggs, salt, protein, liquid, and the ever famous more alcohol. Mix and match as you choose with a few suggestions.
Step2
If you drink a rush of any liquid containing sugar this is a temporary reprieve. Some choose soda; others believe that milk is easier on the stomach. Anything with high sugar content will do.
Step3
Slushies and Smoothies are both good picks. These still have the additive of natural sugars but make it will ice and your body will be re-hydrated faster.
Step4
Some believe that if you drink a little bit of what you drank the night before it will cure you. Others believe that any form of alcohol will do. We use to make Zima eggs in the morning combining the protein with the alcohol.
Step5
Broth can both re-hydrate while a beef packed soup would give you the added protein to get you past the hump.
Step6
Water, water, water is the key to no hangover or to get over one quickly.
Step7
There are so many home remedies out there my best suggestion is to experiment a little to find out what works best for you. Everyone’s body is different and is going to respond differently to the common cures.

on 3/13/2008 My best advice is to stock up on EBOOST (www.eboost.com) it tastes like tang, and if taken before and/or after you have a late one it's a lifesaver!

on 1/5/2008 I was one of those youngsters who could party all weekend and show up for work on Monday bright and ready to run. Not so now, apparently. I wish I had read this before NYE.

on 1/3/2008 Water and ibuprofen are great! I wish I would have thought of smoothies before. In college it was always what was called "the breakfast of champions"...Starbucks and McDonalds! lol

on 12/31/2007 Good advice, though I don't drink much anymore I can pass these on to my friends. I didn't know slushies and smoothies were good choices, but it does make sense.
Have a happy, headache free new year!
