IDENTIFY OBJECTIVES & GOALS

-Describe the purpose, objectives, scope and deliverables; Discuss at meetings, etc., with management

-Determine required phases, e.g., product definition, description, budget allocated, promotion types, business partnerships, approval protocols, digital advertising and email solution vendors, etc.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

-Define and describe your product

-Create Market Plan

-Finalize on Creative and Copy

-Coordinate online promotions, initiatives, etc., with Web Master

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

-Roll-out Email Promotion Efforts: Make sure Emails are proofed, links work, etc., Make sure deadlines are met for sending to your digital Email solutions provider and criteria set for SEM analytics (if any)

-Analyze Email Promotion Efforts: Review results by each effort and cancel if criteria set by management not met; For example, if by 3rd effort registration is below 50% of budgeted attendees cancel event

-Revise Market Plans based on promotion analysis and findings from previous promotions

-Management Decisions: Review if any revisions are needed to established criteria
