New Year's is the one day that children can stay up late as the parents without being told that is past their bedtime. Watching the ball drop on TV can be exciting but if you want to have a couple of friends over then throwing a party shouldn't cost you to break the bank.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • New Year's Party favors
  • Streamers
  • Noise maker
  • Music

Step1
Go to your local dollar store or variety store and invest on the paper cups, napkins, and plates and streamers if you want.
Step2
Next download your favorite music from the internet or ask if friends can bring their music cds.
Step3
Make fast and easy food such as sandwiches cut into tiny triangles, meat patties or cheese patties if you prefer, and crackers with cut salami and cheese.

Tips & Warnings

  • This shouldn't cost too much and if your party includes only adults, you can even make jello shots and hand them out as treats.
