Consult with your doctor about going on a yeast free diet.

You will need to eliminate foods which increase the growth of candida from your diet. A list of foods that you will not be able to eat while on a yeast free diet includes:
*Alcoholic beverages
*Fruit juice and dried fruit
*Sugar
*Candy
*Sodas
*Syrup
*Potatoes
*Corn
*Cheese
*Smoked or cured meats
*Mushrooms
*Peanuts and pistachios
*Baked goods
*Vinegar
*Mayonnaise
*Salad dressing
*Mustard
*Pickles -
Step 3
You will be able to eat unlimited portions of fresh meat, green leafy vegetables, whole grains and unprocessed seeds and nuts.

Follow the yeast free diet for six weeks. You may then begin adding other foods back into your diet one at a time. Eat sugary and processed foods in moderation. If any of your symptoms recur, resume a strict yeast free regimin.
