Creative visualization is a powerful tool in the spiritual tool box to expand your inner power and take you in the direction of your dreams. Daydreaming is a form of creative visualization without discipline, but here you will explore a disciplined form of visualization to help you with your inner journey of manifestation. To unleash your potential power, visualize what you want as if it already exists. Remember to see the end results. Don’t get caught in the details. Your subconscious mind will register your feelings and connection to the end result. No need to worry or fret about the how, why, when, or where; your inner power will work to take you to the heights of your dreams. For instance, picture yourself working at that new job you want as if you already have the job.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Relax and use your imagination to create a clear image, idea, or feeling of something you wish to manifest.
Step2
Continue to focus on the idea, feeling, or picture regularly, giving it
positive energy until it becomes objective reality...in other words,
until you actually achieve what you have been imagining. I recommend that you practice manifesting creative visualization each day. You may focus twice a day for 5 to 15 minutes on your desire, or you may want to maintain clear focus for 17 seconds 3 times a day. This clear, 17-second focus is powerful. It equals hours of physical effort in working toward your desire.
Step3
Stay in affirmative, positive energy. Passionate visualization with intense affirmative feeling is one of the most effective ways to manifest. If you encounter fear or frustration around your desire, get to the root of it, and work through what is troubling you and may be blocking the desire. You may have feelings of unworthiness that you need to change in order to clear the path for your desire to manifest. Or, you may have been taught that life is full of suffering. This core belief may be hindering your acceptance that you can have a life of happiness and abundance, but you can move through the fear and frustration. Working with a counselor to release the emotional block may prove helpful in this process.
Step4
Reinforce your belief system that God or Divine Source wants your highest good. Align your energy and heart with God and your highest good. You deserve the best! Do not get caught in the details of how. Know that Divine Source and universal energy support your heart’s desires.
Step5
Release your desire to allow the creative energy to support your desire and let it filter down to the physical level. You may surround it in white light and release it like a hot air balloon, allowing it to connect with the universal energy, attracting positive energy as it ascends.
Step6
End the visualization with the statement: This or something better--
my highest good is manifesting now.
