How to Use Your New Flip Video
Whether you got a Flip video camera for a present or bought it yourself, you are probably ready to get started making videos. Unlike standard camcorders, a Flip video camera takes only a few minutes to learn. The buttons are easy to memorize, and you can get started shooting videos right after you install the batteries.

Turn the camera on using the button on the side of the camera.

Press the red button in the center of the camera when ready to record. Press the red button when finished recording.

Turn the camera off when not in use using the power button you used to turn it on.

Flip the USB button the side of the camera. Notice the USB plug pops out. Plug the USB plug into your USB port on your computer. Your computer and your camera will automatically start communicating and will download your movies.

There is no mention of the editing software that has to be installed separately. Also the ability to send a compressed video directly by email or to Evernote. This camera is amazing!!
