this is a good idea to increase the horse power and torque on your rc car

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • header
  • dremel tool

Step1
first take the header off and remove it from the pipe. if you still have the stock gasket on sometimes they make bigger gaskets ask you local hobbie shop and see if they have on
Step2
sorry its blury, but you can take more off the top and bottom than this header put a grinding tool on you dremel and turn it on and start to smooth out the edges so that they are almost round on the side you can take off a good amount of metal and make the header bigger on the sides you can do the same to the top and bottom but to go to far so you don't go though the metal or create a exuast leak
Step3
after the edges are smooth and the header is bigger put it back on with the gasket

Tips & Warnings

  • you can put the header in a vice so you don't have to hold it a dremel
  • where safety glasses

on 1/4/2008 Thanks for the information. Using a vice to hold things you are drilling, sanding, or cutting is a wonderful idea.
