Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- A sense of humor
- An understanding partner
Step1
Ejaculating prematurely is not the end of the world or your relationship. Sudden and unanticipated release of semen with or without climax has happened to many men in the world. Usually it is not an indication of anything more serious than a rare to occasional event. The first thing to do is "lighten up." Biologically, premature ejaculation can occur anytime, anywhere and to anyone.
Step2
If you know you are going to have sex, you may consider masturbating several hours before the planned sex. This may allow you to obtain an erection and allows for an acceptable amount of time for you and your partner before ejaculation. Remember, talking with your partner OUTSIDE of the bedroom and sexual activity is key to understanding each other's sexual needs.
Step3
After you begin sexual activity and you are aroused (have an erection), continue until you feel the BEGINNING of the ejaculation sensation. Have your partner squeeze the space between the end of your penis head and shaft until the urge to ejaculate passes--typically about 30 seconds, but nothing is engraved in stone. Try this in a relaxed mood when sexual activity is not the prime objective of the coupling. A practice run helps a lot (and so does a lighthearted approach).
Step4
After the release of your penis, your penis may seem softer and not fully erect. This is exactly what is supposed to happen. Continue on with sexual activity until your penis is erect again.
Step5
This "squeeze-release" technique can be repeated as often as it is agreeable to you and your partner.
Remember, sex between two loving partners is not just a physical act, but a loving and spiritual sharing of each other's bodies, lives and souls.
