You can learn the Beauty Secret of radiant skin at any age! At the end of the day, before bedtime, always cleanse your skin. This helps to remove the dead skin cells and help to fight free radicals that can age your skin.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Clean cloth
  • Eye make up remover
  • A Gentle Cleanser, not soap!
  • Gentle face scrub
  • Day and night moisturizer
  • Eye Cream

Step1
To start, always remove eye make up with a gentle make up remover pad. Then use warm water and a gentle cleanser to wash your face. A cream base is good for dry skin and a gel base formulated for oily skin is best. A clean cloth can help remove all make up and also is a good exfoliator.
Step2
Next, on a weekly basis, apply a gentle face scrub. This helps to remove the dead skin cells and to give the skin a beautiful glow. About two times a month, apply a hydrating mask for dry skin and a clay mask for oily skin, to help remove any impurities.
Step3
Always apply a night cream to hydrate the skin when you are sleeping, along with an eye cream. A sun block with an SPF of 30 is good for the daytime to help block harmful rays and be sure to apply a moisturizer over the sun lock. Apply sun block every two hours to be effective. Always use eye cream in the daytime as well.

Tips & Warnings

  • Find an Esthetician who works for a dermatologist who can Derma plane your skin. This is done with a fine blade that can safely remove up to three layers of dead skin and help to stimulate collagen growth for ageless skin. Once a month is good for this procedure. This procedure also helps to remove unwanted hair growth! After this procedure, a chemical peel can be applied on a monthly basis to help minimize fine lines, age spots and stimulate collagen growth.
