Balancing your diet is very important if you care about your health. How will you balance your diet? It is not easy for everyone to eat different foods in one meal because some people only eat one kind of food in a meal. Like majority of people I know are pizza lovers and they always prefer to eat pizza with soft drinks. If that's all you can eat then you need desserts that makes these foods digested easily. Eat fruits with your pizza and drink fruit juice and plenty of water. Meat and bread are good for your body but you need to balance it with green vegetables to help burn your fats. When you eat fatty foods, always mix it with a little bit sour or bitter foods.
