Things You'll Need:
- 2 cans of flaked salmon
- 1 chipotle pepper- diced (buy a small can of chipotle peppers in the Mexican food aisle – use one, and freeze the rest for later)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Bread crumbs
- Pepper
- 1 egg

Step 1
In a medium bowl combine the salmon, pepper, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs and egg and pepper. Mix.

Cover and refrigerate one hour for flavors to blend.

Divide into equal patties and fry in a pan sprayed with oil.

Serve on toasted buns with mustard.
