From Quick Guide: Bread Machine Recipes
Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp. yeast
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • Seasonings or flavorings of your choosing, such as Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, or hot pepper flakes.
  1. Step 1

Measure all the ingredients into your bread machine pan.

  2. Step 2

Set the bread machine to the dough cycle and turn on.

  3. Step 3

When the dough cycle ends, turn out the dough onto a floured counter or bread board.

  4. Step 4

With floured hands, form the dough into balls, and allow to rise at least an hour.

  5. Step 5

Roll the dough out to make a pizza, or freeze the dough for use in the future.

Tips & Warnings
  • Let the dough rise outside the bread machine before you freeze it, it turns out better and tastes better.
  • For a thinner crust, roll out the dough super thin, and use the remaining dough for breadsticks.
  • Make a double or triple batch of this dough so you'll have some left over to freeze.
