How to Roast Cassava

Some people need to eat roasted cassava however they don't know how to roast it. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

    • 1

      Take off its outer and inner skin using your knife.

      Wash it properly and put some salt on it.

    • 3

      Make fire and roast it for some minutes.

    • 4

      Put it in the hot ash for about thirty to forty minutes.

    • 5

      When gets ready, remove it and plan to cut it.

    • 6

      Cut it into four pieces and put some salt on it again to make it sweet.

    • 7

      Leave it for some minutes to get cool and finally begin to eat.

  • Wash your cassava after peeling and before you roast it.
