How to Turn 40 and Have a Great Time Doing It

So many people get discouraged as they begin to get older. However, it is very important for us to learn to grow old gracefully because at each season in our lives, we have something new and wonderful to discover about ourselves and to offer others. Turning 40 for many is really hard, but there are some fun things you can do to make turning 40 pretty exciting.

1. Plan to do something on your 40th birthday that you've never done before, but have always wanted to do. Make sure it's something you'll always remember.
2. Start a fun and exciting new hobby. If you've always wanted to play tennis or play the piano but never got around to it then go for it. for it. You are never too old to keep learning and try something new.
3. Learn a new exotic dance from a different culture. You will have great fun dancing while exercising at the same time.
4. Get dressed up and go to an Opera or a play that interest you.
5. Learn a new exotic language and go visit the country of the new language you've learned.
