Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Cut the fabric to the size of your pillow and add 1”. (For example, if the pillow form is 14” x14”, cut the square on15”x 15”.) This gives you a ½” seam allowance on each side.
Step2
Turn iron on to wool setting. When iron is ready, lay the rubber stamp design up on the iron board. Lay fabric right side down and iron on top of it. Continue until you are happy with the design.
Step3
If you are going to use a trim around your pillow, attach it at this time about a 1/2'” from the edge stitch it.
Step4
Lay the back fabric on top of the front. Pin into place and stitch 3 sides of the pillow.
Step5
Clip the corners on an angle to get cleaner corners after pillow is turned. Turn the pillow right side out.
Step6
Put pillow form into pillow cover. Turn the raw edge that is open in to give a clean look. Pin edges for ease in sewing.
Step7
Hand stitch the edge
Now you have a beautiful finished pillow for any room.
